Netflix Greenlights a Shonda Rhimes Limited Series About a Young Violet Bridgerton
Netflix has greenlit a still-untitled Bridgerton prequel about Lady Violet's early life and her romance with future husband Viscount Edmund Bridgerton, TheWrap reported Oct. 8. Shonda Rhimes will write, executive produce and serve as showrunner on the limited series, with Betsy Beers executive producing for Shondaland and Tom Verica directing.
