Free Oct. 16 Training Shows Georgia Business Owners How to Sell to the State of Georgia
Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs (ACE) and its Metro Atlanta Women's Business Center will host Navigating GA@WORK Marketplace for Suppliers on Friday, Oct. 16, from 10 a.m. to noon, according to the organizer's event page. The free hybrid session covers registering in the state's eProcurement system, finding and responding to bid opportunities and the state's business certification process. Registration requires a Women's Business Center login.
Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals
State contracts are a real revenue line for small firms, and the state's procurement system is new: owners who learn it early can bid sooner.
