Ten Small-Business Grants Are Open This Month and the First Deadline Is Oct. 15

Atlanta Small Business Network published a roundup of 10 grants entrepreneurs can apply for in October. They include the Tadlock Veteran Business Grant for veteran owners and military spouses (deadline Oct. 15), the $2,500 Galaxy Grant for women and minority entrepreneurs (Oct. 31) and Verizon's $10,000 Small Business Digital Ready grant (monthly selections through December).

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

These are non-dilutive dollars with short applications, and most are open to businesses at any stage. Atlanta owners who set aside an hour this week can be in the running for several at once.
