Zoo Atlanta's Giant Pandas Ping Ping and Fu Shuang Will Make Their Public Debut Nov. 6

Zoo Atlanta says giant pandas Ping Ping and Fu Shuang will debut to the public on Friday, Nov. 6, in the rebuilt Arthur M. Blank Panda Grove. The pair arrived in Atlanta on Sept. 27, and the habitat was renovated with a $6 million grant from the Robert W. Woodruff Foundation. Atlanta News First reported the date on Oct. 6.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

Pandas are one of Atlanta's biggest visitor draws, and the zoo says it is now one of three U.S. zoos with giant pandas and the only one in the Southeast. Expect a busy Grant Park that weekend and a new option for client outings, family visits and out-of-town guests.
