Costco plans a 158,000-square-foot store on a nearly 20-acre property at 2555 University Parkway in Lawrenceville, according to the AJC. The Lawrenceville City Council approved a rezoning request for the project this week. Plans include a gas station with 32 fuel pumps and 854 parking spaces, and the store is not expected to open until 2028-29.
