Former Presidential Hotel Near Spaghetti Junction Cleared to Become 282 Apartments
DeKalb County said Monday it issued a key permit allowing Atlanta-based multifamily firm Aramar Investments to convert the 14-story former Presidential Hotel near Spaghetti Junction into 282 market-rate apartments, according to the AJC. The $53.3 million project includes studios, one- and two-bedroom units and four penthouses in a tower that has been empty for more than a decade.
