Falcons Ring of Honor Center Jeff Van Note Dies at 80, the Team Announces

The Atlanta Falcons announced Friday morning that Jeff Van Note, the center who played 18 seasons for the team from 1969 to 1986, has died at 80, according to WSB-TV. Van Note is a member of the Falcons Ring of Honor. Owner Arthur M. Blank called him one of the most respected and beloved players in franchise history.
