Third & Urban Sells Northridge Commons, a 471,000-Square-Foot Sandy Springs Flex Campus

Third & Urban has sold Northridge Commons, a seven-building, 471,000-square-foot flex industrial campus at 8601 Dunwoody Place near GA-400 in Sandy Springs, to BKM Capital Partners and Kayne Anderson Real Estate, What Now Atlanta reports. Third & Urban bought the campus in February 2025 when it was 83% leased and raised occupancy to 90% by converting underused office space for flex industrial tenants. The price was not disclosed.
