Corso Atlanta Will Add an 11-Story Tower With 110 Residences on Howell Mill Road in Buckhead

Corso Atlanta, the senior housing community at 3200 Howell Mill Road, plans a second phase with an 11-story tower holding 110 private residences plus new amenities and restaurants, according to Rough Draft Atlanta. Galerie Living is the developer, HKS is the architect and Brasfield & Gorrie is the general contractor. The expansion is expected to open in spring 2028.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

Senior housing is one of the quieter growth stories in Atlanta real estate. A new tower on Howell Mill Road means construction, hospitality and care jobs, and one more option for professionals helping parents plan a move.
