Ruby Chow's Plans a Bigger Westside Location Near Monday Night Brewing for Summer 2027

Ruby Chow's, the Old Fourth Ward Asian-fusion spot from Guy Wong and Mike Blum, is planning a larger Westside location near Monday Night Brewing on Trabert Avenue, Atlanta Magazine reported Oct. 11. It is slated to open in summer 2027.

About 20 percent of the menu will be exclusive to the new location, and it will have a chef's table for up to 12 guests. Partner Brian Seo calls the area "a hidden gem."

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

A bigger Ruby Chow's beside the Westside Beltline adds another group-dinner and client-night option to one of the city's fastest-growing dining corridors.
