Arts DeKalb Hosts a Free Latin Jazz Concert Oct. 16 at the Porter Sanford III Center in Decatur
Rough Draft Atlanta reports that Arts DeKalb will mark Hispanic Heritage Month with a free Latin jazz concert by the C.O.T. Band on Friday, Oct. 16 from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at the Porter Sanford III Performing Arts and Community Center, 3181 Rainbow Drive in Decatur.
Registration is required through Eventbrite and is first come, first served: register on the event listing. An exhibition by Mexican artist Miguel Millo, "Throbbing Life," can be viewed before the show.
Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals
A free Friday night of live music with an art exhibition attached is an easy date night or after-work plan on the east side, and it costs nothing but a registration.
