Minhwa Spirits Is Moving Its Soju and Gin Tasting Room to Westside Provisions District

Minhwa Spirits, the Doraville soju and gin distillery founded by Ming Han Chung and James Kim, will move its tasting room and restaurant incubator to the former Aziza space at Westside Provisions District on Howell Mill Road early next year, Rough Draft Atlanta reports.

Production stays in Doraville, and Postern Coffee takes over the Doraville space.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

Another destination bar and late-night food option lands on the Westside, from a local maker whose Yong soju won Best in Class at the 2025 World Spirits Competition.
