Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar will open its Midtown Atlanta restaurant on Oct. 19, 2026, at 1331 Spring St. NW, according to the company's website, and reservations are open now. The restaurant has a main dining room for 80 guests, a Chef's Table, bar dining, four private dining spaces and an outdoor lounge.
