Method Man heard Wu-Tang Clan's single-copy album 'Once Upon a Time in Shaolin' for the first time on Pablo Torre's podcast 'Pablo Torre Finds Out,' The Root reported Oct. 16. Torre set up the listening with a member of PleasrDAO, the collective that bought the album for $4 million in 2021. Method Man said the album "was done under false pretenses," then added, "But all in all, I don't hate this album." Netflix's documentary 'The Disciple: A Wu-Tang Fable' was released Oct. 16.
