Krog District Owner 26th Street Partners Buys 116 Krog St., a Beltline-Fronting Building in Inman Park

26th Street Partners, which bought the Krog District from Asana Partners a year ago for $210 million, has closed on the nearly 5,400-square-foot building at 116 Krog St., according to Urbanize Atlanta. The building fronts both the Beltline's Eastside Trail and Krog Street. The price was not disclosed (it was listed at $5.25 million in July), and no plans for the building have been announced.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

One owner now controls more of the Eastside Trail corridor between Irwin Street and Edgewood Avenue, which shapes which restaurants, bars and shops get space on Atlanta's busiest trail.
