Delta Air Lines Refreshes Delta One With Help From a Flight Attendant Design Team

Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines is refreshing Delta One, its business class, with a new menu, a revamped bar and wine program, refreshed amenity kits and next-generation seatback screens, Rolling Out reports, citing USA TODAY. A Premium Cabin Design Team of flight attendants has worked on the changes since 2022. They debut this fall on transoceanic Delta One flights from LAX and expand across the network in early 2027. Delta calls it its largest premium-cabin investment in nearly three decades.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

Delta is Atlanta's largest private employer and the home airline for most of the city's business travelers; it is also a case study in frontline employees shaping a flagship product.
