Costway Recalls About 3,332 Convertible High Chairs Sold at Walmart and Target

Costway is recalling about 3,332 convertible high chairs because they lack a passive restraint system, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced Oct. 22. The CPSC says a child can slip through the opening between the tray and seat and become entrapped or fall. The chairs sold at Walmart, Target and Costway.com from May 2023 through July 2026 for $84 to $100, and no incidents have been reported.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

Working parents and childcare providers who bought one should stop using it and request the free replacement.
