About 12,078 Romorgniz Six-Drawer Dressers Sold on Amazon Are Recalled Over a Tip-Over Hazard

About 12,078 Romorgniz six-drawer dressers are being recalled, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced Oct. 8 (recall 27-020). The agency says the dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in serious injuries or death to children; no incidents have been reported. The white and black wooden dressers were sold on Amazon from May 2025 through August 2026 for between $100 and $170, and the remedy is a full refund.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

Budget furniture bought online is in a lot of Atlanta apartments and starter homes; this is a quick check for anyone who ordered a dresser on Amazon since May 2025.
