Construction Starts on Ellory House, 274 Apartments and Retail at Lulah Hills

RangeWater Real Estate and Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate broke ground on Ellory House at Lulah Hills, the former North DeKalb Mall site, Urbanize Atlanta reports. The building has 274 apartments and 39,000 square feet of retail on Lulah Avenue across from Lemon Park; a Publix in the district is set to open in spring.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

Lulah Hills is one of metro Atlanta's largest mall redevelopments (78 acres, about 2.5 million square feet), creating new housing and retail demand near the Emory/CDC corridor.
