The CTR, the Former CNN Center, Names the First Five Artists in Below-Market CTR Culture Studios

CP Group's The CTR, the former CNN Center, has unveiled the first five participants in CTR Culture Studios, which offers below-market studio and office space near its Marietta Street lobby, Urbanize Atlanta reports. The program is funded by CP Group and Downtown Atlanta Inc. Studio visits are by appointment for now, with public events and open studios after Jan. 1.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

Affordable creative workspace inside a major downtown redevelopment is a signal of how the CNN Center is being reused, and it gives Atlanta creatives and downtown workers a new reason to be on Marietta Street.
