SpaceX has agreed to buy the nationwide 800 MHz wireless spectrum portfolio of Grain Management, the firm David Grain founded in 2007, for $8 billion, Black Enterprise reported. SpaceX plans to pair it with Starlink for direct-to-phone service. The deal needs regulatory approval.
