South Fulton Will Close Part of Fairburn Road for at Least Six Months Starting Monday, Oct. 5

The city of South Fulton will close a section of Fairburn Road near Cascade Road starting Monday, Oct. 5, for at least six months, according to Atlanta News First. Two small bridges over North and South Utoy Creek are being rebuilt; Public Works Director Antonio Valenzuela told the station the bridges are about 100 years old. Entrances to the nearby Walmart and Chick-fil-A stay open, and water service will not be interrupted.
