Peachtree Corners Approves Rezoning for a Pitch-and-Putt Golf Course on Jimmy Carter Boulevard

The Peachtree Corners City Council unanimously approved a rezoning request for a pitch-and-putt golf course at 7067 Jimmy Carter Boulevard, Atlanta News First reported Oct. 8. The six-acre property is vacant, and the project's backers hope to complete phase one in spring 2027.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

It would add a quick, low-commitment outing next to one of Gwinnett's biggest office and tech corridors, on a stretch of Jimmy Carter Boulevard that has been slow to redevelop.
