Move-Ins Start at 1070 Dill, 22 Capitol View Homes Listed From $170,000 to $209,000 Near MARTA
Move-ins are underway at 1070 Dill, a 22-unit pocket neighborhood in Capitol View about a block from MARTA's Oakland City station, Urbanize Atlanta reported Oct. 9. Current listings start at $170,000 and top out at $209,000 for two-story homes with one bedroom and one bathroom in 640 square feet, with HOA fees of $200 a month.
The homes are reserved for households earning up to 100 percent of the area median income, which is $82,500 for one person and $94,300 for two. The developer, Arizona-based Culdesac, declined to say how sales are going.
