KFC announced that its thousands of U.S. locations will move to a partnership with Atlanta-based The Coca-Cola Company starting January 2027, according to Atlanta News First. KFC has served only Pepsi drinks for about 40 years. KFC is also testing iced coffee, boba and shakes at Open House, its innovation restaurant in Texas.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

It is a major national account won by one of Atlanta's flagship headquarters, and a sign that even decades-old supplier relationships can be reopened.
