Integral Group Founder Egbert Perry Receives the Council for Quality Growth's Four Pillars Award in Atlanta

Egbert Perry, founder of the Integral Group, received the Council for Quality Growth's Four Pillars Award on Oct. 1 at the Georgia World Congress Center in front of 1,300 attendees, Maria Saporta reports for SaportaReport. Perry moved to Atlanta in 1980 to work with builder Herman Russell and later helped replace Techwood Homes with the mixed-income Centennial Place ahead of the 1996 Olympics.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

Perry's career is a case study in how a developer can shape a city's housing model, and the mixed-income approach he helped pioneer is still the template for projects across Atlanta. For professionals in real estate, finance and public policy, the people in that room are the ones deciding what gets built next.
