Buckhead ice cream shop Chastain Creamery and Charlotte-based cafe Salted Melon have both signed leases at Hillcrest, Third & Urban's mixed-use project in Sandy Springs, What Now Atlanta reports. Hillcrest is set to open in summer 2027 with 362 apartments, 30 for-rent townhomes and more than 19,000 square feet of retail. Both brands opened their first metro Atlanta shops in Buckhead this year.
