Emmy-nominated costume designer Provi Fulp told Rolling Out in an interview published Oct. 19 that she went specifically looking for Black designers to dress Netflix's 'A Different World,' her second project with Debbie Allen. She said she asked whether there were Black-owned Atlanta brands to feature. Rolling Out notes the series debuted at No. 4 on Netflix's Global Top 10 English TV list and has been renewed for a second season.
