So.Fox, from the Kinship Butcher & Sundry team, and chef Ryan Smith's Uberto in Gay, Georgia, each earned one Michelin star at the 2026 Michelin Guide American South ceremony in Nashville on Oct. 21, according to Discover Atlanta and Rough Draft Atlanta. Atlas, Bacchanalia, Hayakawa, Lazy Betty, Mujo, O by Brush, Omakase Table and Spring in Marietta kept their stars. Summerland and Tipsy Thaiger in Roswell are new Bib Gourmands, and Smith received the Michelin Mindful Voices award.
Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals
The list is the reservation and client-dinner shortlist for the year ahead, and new stars usually mean harder-to-get tables at So.Fox and Uberto.
