Shemar Moore, 56, detailed his training routine in a conversation with Chris Witherspoon at a Vibes & Views event in New York on Sept. 30, according to TheGrio. He said he trains five days a week: about two hours with his trainer, 200 pushups, 300 sit-ups, a one-mile run, a 45-minute incline speed walk, 130 lunges, 30 minutes in the sauna and a cold plunge. His series S.W.A.T. Exiles premiered on STARZ on Sept. 25.
