The U.S. Navy Blue Angels were set to headline the Air Dot Show Atlanta at Atlanta Regional Airport in Peachtree City on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, Atlanta News First reported, with military flying returning after last year's show had none because of a federal shutdown. The official show page listed gates at 9 a.m. and flying from noon to 3:30 p.m. both days, plus the F-16 Viper and C-17 Globemaster III demo teams. Tickets had to be bought online or by phone in advance, with general admission from $37 plus fees.
Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals
It was the biggest family outing on the south side that weekend, and advance-only tickets meant plans had to be made ahead of time.
