Chef Tyler Williams Launches Boujetto Pop-Up Series With a 12-Course Dinner Oct. 11 in Alpharetta

Chef Tyler Williams, best known for his work at Bacchanalia and Abattoir, is launching a pop-up dinner series called Boujetto in the Atlanta suburbs, Atlanta Magazine reports. The first dinner is Oct. 11 in Alpharetta: a 12-course French menu called Ratatouille at $175 per person, capped at 16 guests. Williams told the magazine his goal is a full-time home for the concept.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

Small, ticketed chef dinners are becoming the suburbs' answer to intown tasting menus, and a 16-seat table is a strong client or date-night option north of the Perimeter.
