Atlanta rapper Belly Gang Kushington was named to headline halftime at the Hawks' home opener against the Houston Rockets on Oct. 24 at State Farm Arena, his first halftime headlining slot with the team, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The game was set for 8:30 p.m., with Keri Hilson singing the national anthem, and the Dream had WNBA Finals Game 4 in the arena at 1 p.m. the same day.

Oct. 24 was a rare WNBA-NBA doubleheader downtown, with a full day of crowds, traffic and bookings around State Farm Arena; for the LVRN-signed rapper it is the biggest hometown stage of a breakout year.
