UNCF Atlanta Sets Nov. 1 Faith Campaign Concert at Tyler Perry Studios
UNCF Atlanta will hold its first Dream Big Faith Campaign Concert on Sunday, Nov. 1, at 5 p.m. at Tyler Perry Studios, according to a UNCF announcement. Bishop William Murphy and Timothy Miller are set to perform with glee club and choir members from Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Spelman College and the Interdenominational Theological Center. UNCF says the event raises money for students and to strengthen Atlanta-area HBCUs.
Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals
It is an HBCU fundraiser that brings the AUC's student performers to one of Atlanta's best-known studio lots, and UNCF is also looking for sponsors, a visible way for Atlanta companies and professionals to back the city's HBCU talent pipeline.
