T.I. Named Grand Marshal of Tuskegee's Homecoming Parade, Set to Perform With the Marching Crimson Pipers Nov. 7

Atlanta-born rapper T.I. has been named grand marshal of Tuskegee University's Homecoming 102 parade and is expected to perform with the Marching Crimson Pipers at halftime of Tuskegee vs. Miles College on Saturday, Nov. 7 at Cleve Abbott Memorial Stadium, theGrio reports. TMZ Sports first reported the booking, and Tuskegee confirmed it in its homecoming announcement.

Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals

HBCU homecoming season is a major reunion and networking weekend for Atlanta alumni, and an Atlanta artist headlining a neighboring HBCU's homecoming keeps the city's culture at the center of it.
