Sargent is a new Old Fourth Ward restaurant with a specialty bookstore that carries only nonfiction, Atlanta News First reported Oct. 22. Its creators also opened Lucian Books and Wine in Buckhead five years ago, and co-owner Katie Barringer told the station the store runs a monthly Bouquinistes Book Club of staff-picked titles.
Why It Matters for Atlanta Professionals
A restaurant built around a bookstore gives Old Fourth Ward a new kind of meeting spot for professionals who want a quieter place to talk than a bar.
