Dodgers Name Tarik Skubal to Start NLDS Game 1 Against the Braves on Saturday
The Dodgers have named left-hander Tarik Skubal to start Game 1 of the National League Division Series against the Braves on Saturday, Oct. 3, according to NBC Sports, citing The Athletic's Fabian Ardaya. Skubal went 5-2 with a 2.61 ERA in 10 regular-season starts after Los Angeles acquired him from Detroit midseason. MLB's official site lists the Braves' Game 1 starter as TBD, with first pitch at 4 p.m. ET on FOX.
